About Steve Ronsen
Steve Ronsen is a versatile singer, songwriter, and musician who clearly defines his own unique brand of guitar-driven pop/rock. He is also an award-winning musical director and owner of The A Room, a busy recording studio in Hicksville, NY.
This talented multi-instrumentalist began playing piano, guitar, and drums at a very early age. Influences include Elton John, Billy Joel, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, James Taylor, Led Zeppelin, and more. Often compared to the Goo Goo Dolls, Jason Marz, and John Mayer, Steve Ronsen boasts a guitar sound and vocal combination that are undeniably fresh and original.
Steve Ronsen's versatility has never been more apparent than on the appropriately titled debut release, Everything, a solo effort in the purest sense. On this album, Steve wrote, recorded, and produced all tracks, played all instruments, and sang all vocal parts!
From the beautiful, mellow melody of "My Dream" to the heavier "Snafu," Steve Ronsen has poured his heart and soul into this project, saying "My songs originate from a pure point of view." He further states, "I try to put some kind of message into every song."
