Paul Anderson has written a review of my CD "Everything" for The Entertainment Bank. Here's what he had to say:

“Everything” is the new 14 track studio recording from Steve Ronsen. I was quite impressed with his singing, as he has a lot of conviction in his delivery, and he has clearly put the time in to hone his skills. The cut “Almost” reminded me of “Dust In The Wind” at first, and the guitars and smartly mixed keyboard strings really complement Steve’s vocal style. Read more...

Well here it is… my offerings to you.

It’s hard to say when this began and where it will end.
But no need. It’s the road travelled.
All of these songs are stories of life, mine, and others along the way who’ve crossed my path.
Hence: Everything
(Wow! I got to use hence! I think I just won a bet!)

Anyway…There have been other CD’s with other projects but this is a collective work of material that marked time, like the birthday card that shows headlines from your past with all those cheap prices of milk and gas and bread or who was president….
Some older, some brand new, yet timeline goes on.
Being a self diagnosed chronic insomniac, A.D.D., lazy/perfectionist, it certainly has been a labor, just ask all the people who haven’t seen me in a while.
It’s been a breakfast before bed project but we all get driven
at times and those are the best times.

The true spirituality is within us…

I think I got this quality from my folks, who in the midst of
painting or working on a project would get a focused look or
an uncomfortable feeling when one would try to pry them away from a work in progress… or even just paperwork.

I believe we all get this longing, this need to "escape in project"
It’s what you do with it that varies from person to person.

This is what I do. I hope it’s something useful.
There should be something on here for everyone. There’s heavy like “Snafu” to soft and sweet like “My Dream” “Aww”, with some different styles along the way - but you’re still stuck with me throughout kinda like that museum narrator guy.

Some people learn and some really just wanna look at the cool stuff… me being the latter. Please feel free to do either!
